Are the feature specifications set in stone?
No, we are able to create custom solutions for our clients. If you need specific feature created that is not mentioned above, we can add them. We can also modify and integrate your existing solutions to the website if it is feasible for your business.
What happens after my 1 year hosting expires?
About a month before your hosting service expires, your account manager will contact you to see if you want to renew the service. The hosting services provided are state-of-the-art and the pricing is highly competitive. If you find the service fees to be agreeable, you can initiate renewal but also migrate to your hosting of choice.
Can I add new features or elements on the website?
It is entirely possible to carry out upgrades to the website. Your account manager will detail the requirements and costs pertaining to the item you wish to add/modify.
How much time would it take to develop the website?
Website development is dependant on its complexity. A general ball park figure for the number of business days would be the cost of the website divided by 100. We will then add the feedback and testing time. For example, an Enterprise portal would take about 30 business days which translates into 1.5 to 2 months.
What happens after my 1 year maintenance expires?
About a month before your maintenance package expires, your account manager will contact you to see if you want to renew the service. Should you wish not to renew, we strongly recommend you enlist a capable resource person to carry out necessary updates to protect your website from malicious entities.
