Are the product specifications set in stone?
No, we are able to create custom solutions for our clients. If you need specific services not mentioned above, we can add them. The truth is that there are just too many options for us to list them as they can range from custom Cisco Firewalls to Sage integrations.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We offer a 30-day refund, no questions asked, for any customers unhappy with our service. If you wish to cancel the service past the 30 day period, we will refund you the remainder of your subscription period minus associated charges incurred.
Why do I need to be vetted prior to signing up?
To ensure that we can continue to offer Cloud Solutions below the market rate, we need to keep our costs down. We do so by vetting clients for any risks or business models which will negatively impact us and our customers.
Are there any Setup Fees?
There are no setup fees for our hosting products. Once we receive your first payment, we will proceed to setup your account as per your requirements.
Where are your servers located?
We only use Tier 3 and above data centres located in the US and Europe.
Do you offer migration services?
We offer migration services which are charged at $20/hr.
